With TB rampaging through English cattle the Scottish Executive has taken action to keep England's multi million pound problems south of the border. English farmers claim badgers spread the epidemic, animal rights groups say no. After a number of Scottish outbreaks from cattle bought in England, Ministers have decided to avoid further problems by introducing new tests on any cows imported from TB hotspots. Ken Rundle asks if the industry is prepared to act responsibly.
