Birds with antibodies to WNV in UK

Can anyone help with link for this:

A reliable source has said that birds with antibodies to West Nile Virus have been found in this country. With the populations of Culicoides midges, which love biting horses and people, there is potential for a problem.

Would search myself but life full of problems just now.
Thanks to anyone with a little time.

Thanks for links Jane.
Sue has always thought there was another agenda for Horse Passports--knowing where every horse/pony/donkey lived in the UK.
An outbreak of WNV is a scary thought--although horses I understand cannot spread the disease directly to another horse it has to be spread by biting insects.
Some of the info appears to play down the risks but.................... Mona
