A personal disclosure - BSE
Originally from: Pat Gardiner
In view of the United Nations concerns about BSE related trade embargoes, published today, I think it is now appropriate to make the following disclosure.
Two of the British State Veterinary Service, Divisional Veterinary Managers that visited my home and who were also involved in faking incidents during the 2000 Swine Fever outbreak...
also gave evidence to the Phillips Inquiry into BSE.
This may give rise to doubts about the reliability of their evidence in respect of BSE.
We are happy to give evidence to any properly constituted judicial enquiry that one of the two, named in my submission to the Select Committee of the House of Commons, faked records during the later 2000 British Swine Fever epidemic.
The same man was later involved in an attempt to intimidate my wife and myself, presumably in an attempt to discredit our evidence or to frighten us into withdrawing our allegations.
The protection of the Speaker of the House of Commons was sought, and refused, as a result of this incident.
Many of the details are on http://pages.britishlibrary.net/patgardiner/stopworld6.htm The man involved has been referred to as Mr X throughout.
The second man was intimately involved in a second faking incident. Many of the details are on http://pages.britishlibrary.net/patgardiner/stopworld7.htm
We will, of course, be contacting the United Nations.
OLAF, the anti-fraud fraud office of the European Commission already has the information and supporting documentation following interviewing the undersigned some months ago.
