All the old lags in fact, Mona ...but I don't think we have heard the last on this yet. Nor on the millions still owed to small businesses as the government throws money like this around.
I mentioned this on warmwell yesterday and remind people of how Prof Anderson got it so horrifically wrong. Old Boy network. No one has ever been criticised publically – there have only been vague acknowledgments that the contiguous cull was a disaster – and Prof A was clever enough to distance himself from it all.
