Kiev Environment for Europe Conference

The 5th Ministerial Environment for Europe Conference will be held in Kiev (Ukraine) from 21 to 23 May 2003. A Defra team, led by the Secretary of State, will be attending the conference to make sure that we make as much progress as possible in achieving <A HREF="http://www.defra.gov.uk/environment/internat/kiev/#4">the UK's objectives</A> for the conference and working to raise environmental standards across the European region.

Mona,

Is anybody going to ask about the nuclear cloud from Kiev that dumped on the Cumbrian Fells east of Sellafield?

I understand that on the way from Kiev to Cumbria it also dumped near some French nuclear installations!
