Fairly substantial report on this in the 'Press and Journal' today. These things seem to be cyclical and comparable almost with the way in which human diseases we had previously considered eradicated in the UK are now making a return, the latest being Hib which has now reached the stage of requiring a booster vaccine programme for 4 year olds.
