Re Suspect case at Yarm

Although a cause for concern, we should remember that animals are tested prior to, and after, they move to a re-stocking farm.

If it is symptoms it could also be a number of reasons other than FMD! Cattle do get lame with such things a 'foul in the foot' and have been known to lick or chew assorted objects that can cause ulcerations in the mouth.

It's 'easier said than done' but my advice is 'don't worry it may never happen'. Let's 'wait and see' what the test results are!
