John Stith, writing in SecurityProNews this week, warns us that a cheeky new computer virus (a "Trojan Horse" virus that looks like a Word file) has been discovered called Naiva.A – which is "Avian" spelt backwards!
The Naiva virus can be spotted by subject lines like "Outbreaks in North America" or "What is avian influenza (bird flu)? Usual methods of spread: email attachments and disks and Internet downloads of dubious origin.
Naiva.A allows hackers can access your computer.
So make sure your antivirus software is up to date!
