Hi all,

I got much the reaction I expected; much the same as my own first thoughts.

Then I became more charitable believe it or not.

The reporter: he/she has spent the last eight years or so being brainwashed into accepting the dodgy science promoted by Govt.
It must be difficult for such a person to change; especially one who has become divorced from the reality of where our food comes from. Not everyone can see the light as clearly as Saul of Tarsus. Give him/her time.

The scientists: they are in a pretty dire predicament. Anyone who comes up with a result that clashes with the interests of Govt. (any Govt. anywhere), or the might of the international chemical/drugs industry is likely to have research funding suspended or cut. A virus is about as far as they dare go for a first step, rubbish tho' it is, wouldn't you say?

It might be possible to educate, Joe Public is no longer as gullible as Govt. would like.
