Getting back to the core issue here "your refusal to use CTS" on the grounds that you would never give a government agency your e-mail address.
Why is it that on your extensive web site, that clicking the button contact me, up comes an e-mail address for you.
I would have thought that even the most lowly of government labourers would be able to figure that one out.
As I said if you crave credibility then at least appear as if you are credible.
The national broadsheets perhaps did cover your story in detail, but make no mistake it would be carefully written so as to report your views or to pose questions to government or wherever, A small band of lawyers make considerable amounts of money making sure they get it right.
Remember the downfall of many has been when they began to believe their own publicity.
As for as nit picking goes that is a bit rich coming from you, if there was to be a medal for nit picking then Mark Purdey would have to get it.
I have no connection at all with BCMS other than a user and cattle farmer who is ready to move on and back into profitability, some things you can something's you cannot.

P.S. Just registered a calf birth this morning using CTS, it took about 2 minutes and I have a print out confirming that it will be placed on the register

You have a curious obsessive preoccupation with the details of BCMS
machinations, which betrays the possibility that you have some personal
vested
interests in the system – or maybe you are the kind of person who has
nothing better
to do than to fastitidiously nit pick the details – abit like those OAPs

skulk around on street corners inspecting the tax disks / parking tickets
displayed in people's cars and then report them to the authorities for

Whilst you might wish to mock those of us who have been unfortunate enough
to
come up against the dark demons, as you put it, this is sadly a reality of
life for those of us who do try to expose facets of the establishment that
pose
some kind of an economic or political or purely personal threat to those
senior officials in the upper echelons..
I do not wish to bore you, but my farm and family were subjected to such a
bizarre catalogue of weird events , that the Times, Guardian and
Independent
newspapers carried large four and five page feature articles on these
events over
the years. And since newspapers do have to get their facts right when
actually publicising sufficient detail that will identify the culprits and
the police
visits involved ( as was the case in the story about my life }, then they
are
hardly going to risk their credibility by publishing totally fabricated
stories, are they ? They would get instantly sued for defamation
Did I have sand in my eyes when my house was burnt down ? when my
solicitor
was murdered ? when my telephone line were repeatedly vandalised ? when my
family was shot at with guns ?, when my driveway was barricaded on days
when i had
to leave the farm to give evidence in the house of commons. All of these
events are on the police record , in solicitior's letters – therefore are
real and
factual events. So don't you dare start making mockery of these sinister
unsavoury experiences in my or anyone else's life ( Pat et al ) ever
again.
It was only when Rt Hon Tom King and HRH Prince Charles ( and then later
Michael Meacher ) became personally involved with my work in a supportive
capacity, that all of these problems surrounding the physical intimidation
of my farm
and family ceased immediately. Would these high ranking people risk their
credibility by privately and publically associating themselves with me if
they had
any hint of the suggestion that i was a rustic paranoiac ? furthermore,
Tom
King oversees the activities of the Intelligence agencies , so he , of all
people, should know what has been going on behind the scenes.
