I suggest that you read pages 8 and 9 of the Cattle keepers handbook, page nine in particular that deals with reasons that will be accepted for a late application and those that will not.
Both of these sections deal with your reasons.
Easter is not an "Unusual postal delay"
"Being too busy with other farm work" is not a reasonable excuse to fail to comply with the rules.
There has been no maladministration.
The point I am making is that a large proportion of the errors that exist within BCMS are due to inaccurate data supplied by individuals who have a "that'll do attitude" compounded by individuals such as your self who refuse to co-operate for their own reasons.
Massaging your own ego with hints of dark demons that only you and a select band of others have seen and expecting the world at large to fall in line behind you improves nothing.
You may wish to pursue your dreams but please do not do it at the expense of other perfectly legitimate and honest agricultural business people.
I hope the "Family income supplement benefit system is not as corrupt as BCMS and that you manage to get the form posted on time to meet the deadline......but I suppose you will won't you...
