No I use CTS and have, from the very moment it became available.

You are able to print out a copy of any data that you send to BCMS, instant confirmation.
Fool proof.
The reasons why may be arguable, but before cattle exports can restart and with it the chance of a better return for our cattle, BCMS must be shown to be accurate and up to date.
Great strides have been made towards this which for a government organised computer system is quite remarkable.
I bitterly resent individuals who for reasons of their own choose to disrupt the system and damage it's credibility and thus disadvantage the individuals who have got their act together and met the deadlines.
