This is heading to become yet another another BAD LAW – because it is yet more unwanted AUTOCRASY.

After the way that JACKIE BALLARD and the RSPCA treated shepherds and their lambs during the foot and mouth epidemic (not the officers on the ground) – I have no faith in them, either, any more. I fear they may behave in the same kind of way again.
And they can argue black's white all they like – I cannot forget, and I cannot forgive them – especially as they have never even apologised – like this government.

The RSPCA DESPERATEDLY NEEDS REFORMATION.
