I see that after three years, the test case against SEERAD/DEFRA has been judged in favour of the Scottish valuers in the FMD epidemic, Walletts Mart. They have been awarded all outstanding fees plus costs plus interest. Seerad will consider appealing, of course, but will the interest still be mounting up while they do so ? I gather that the evidence was on paper, not just verbal. What defence can there be. Yes, the usual, a MISUNDERSTANDING !!!One small step for justice, is there any hope for the rest of us ?
