Still retaining the 'Battle' Plan but a little up-dated regarding emergency vaccination.

In my opinion, DEFRA seems to have chosen to embark on a their version of a Pilgrim's Progress through a dismal forest!

I fear it will turn out to be a very long journey that will take many months, wear out their boots and give them some painful blisters!

Expensive trials and unknown tribulations will have to be endured before they reach their destination.

Why can't they understand that there is a well trodden path that could lead them to the light in double quick time?

Although they've been given a very clear map to follow they continue to ignore it and wander aimlessly down the wrong road, believing it leads to a peaceful haven rather then hell on earth!
