Sue has always thought there was another agenda for Horse Passports--knowing where every horse/pony/donkey lived in the UK.
An outbreak of WNV is a scary thought--although horses I understand cannot spread the disease directly to another horse it has to be spread by biting insects.
Some of the info appears to play down the risks but.................... Mona
