Thought you might be interested to know recent research into Alzheimer's has
confirmed the long standing suspicion that aluminium is involved. This notion
went out of fashion for a decade or so (largely thanks to Stan Prusiner's
obsession with "prions") but it has now been discovered that aluminium atoms form
the central core of the amyloid plaques associated with alzheimers.
