Yes Pat – you may be right! but... the facts are that 'almost certainly' is not good enough!

To surmise that the Govt. or anyone else, actually 'knows and has proof of' the source of either, simply will not do and unless and until someone has it, which I doubt they ever will, there's nothing to be gained by it.

We have to deal with 'absolute' and 'proven' facts as we know them if we are to ensure the events of 2001 are not repeated.

They include above all, 'vaccination'!

There is little doubt that at the very least an apology and/or compensation is due to many for damages caused by negligence/incompetance/illegalities, etc. but the liklihood of receiving either seems very unlikely to me.

Once again I'm reminded of the prayer – 'Lord grant me strength to change the thinks I can change, accept the things I cannot change and the wisdom to know the difference'
