Oh Paul, you really should get out a lot more ,read up around the subject and above all, open your mind to , what to you, may be other ideas, This is one reason why we have learned so much, because we did not start from an entrenched position regarding keeping our sheep or cattle, we did not have what the locals here call the "ay bin" attitude. We know what was propagated as lies because we have been personally involved and we have observed, researched and read much around the subject of FMD and the way it was mishandled. We have personal evidence of lying and misinformation. If you are willing to educate yourself you do not need to just use Jane's site or Mary's at Warmwell, excellent though both are, you can do your own research and then come back and talk to us on farmtalking from an informed unblinkered viewpoint. Anyone can get it wrong, Paul, some are willing to learn and others are not, which are you ? Have I goaded you enough to reply, the more you write, the more we understand you. If you wish to convert us to your way of thinking, you will have to try harder than this, because at present so may of us seem to be so much better informed than youself. There is no slur in ignorance but to attempt to say others are wrong when they, ever so gently, try to tell you, is, in my view.
