They need to smoother the blade in 'Avon's Skin so Soft'. That way the little blighters will stay well away. Works against Mosquitoes to. I dare say, they could spray it from the air... You read it hear first, I expect an Honour next year!! If they wish to get really technical then I think they need to be looking at something with 'deet' as the active component. I can be hired at a small fee!
