Deer Lina: By their own statement, the UK's DEFRA cannot even update a database on a day-to-day basis. This organization, run by Margaret Beckett, better say, "look folks, we can't keep up with the administering of our own Ministry."
Then to threaten the very people they insist must comply with their own redundant rules, with threats of fines...is blackmail.
I am sure glad to not live in the U.K. WWW III would already be on-going.
Where'e ole Prince Charlie boy and all his Lords? Have they submitted applications for all their blood horses? All their hunters, jumpers, hound-chasers, ponies for the kids, and Thoroughbreds?
Who wants to bet me? I bet they haven't done it yet.
One thing I've learned about the U.K by association these past three years. You all have rules for your Royalty and friends, and other rules for the People.
