It seems there is a lot of interesting info being revealed via this message board recently.

Thank goodness we have some true friends of British Farming here!

Although many of us are not farmers it's worth remembering that much of the info comes from those who are and who have vast experience in the industry and allied trades. James Irvine, Mark Purdey and yourself to nme just a few we are lucky to count among our friends!

None of us like to be 'conned' or 'defrauded' or indeed be 'deprived' of scientific advances.

As the truth is revealed, though more slowly at times than we would prefer, it will be harder to pull the wool over our eyes!

So, if we are going 'to win we must never give up' and it seems there are a growing band of friends who are very determined that British Farming will not be losers!

The most likely outcome is that repayments will be made to Britain by corporations, mostly multinational in character. There is no responsibility for Britain or the EU to protect their bottom line. If they take business risks and lose, they must take the losses.
Some individual farmers, especially small ones that suffered badly, may well be able to secure compensation from sources other than the taxpayer.
The writer has had a very rough time with constant threats and warnings. That is why, on longstanding police advice, I publicised the complaints. I’m grateful for every avenue to do so including this one.
What is so sad is that some small farmers have been “wound-up” by corrupt officials to believe that the writer was an enemy of British farming.
Nothing could be further from the truth.

I guess the EU will not be in favour of reimbursing our Govt to any greater extent than they have already, so the bill remains an expense met by the tax-payers of the UK!

We named the crooks and told Olaf just what they had been up to...and everyone thought I was just a loud mouth.

Maff-Defra knew – and are no doubt busy wetting their knickers. Why should you nice people be worse informed?
