Very interesting, and many thanks for the contribution from Dr. Watkins. Would you please however relay to Dr. Watkins that Loeffler and Frosch reported blood from an infected animal (more than 3 days post infection) would not cause infection in another animal. I am not saying there is no virus in blood, just there is insufficient to cause infection and therefore insufficient to cause the virus neutralisation test to work.
