Bones burning? What kind of bones?

I will agree with MAFF on two points,
1) FMD was discovered in Bobby Waugh's pigs.
2) His pigs had eaten infected material.

There is a remote chance It was swill from the Chinese but was this site being used to dispose of other infected material (casualty lambs, bones, offal)?
