Dear David: So some judge in Britain ordered a meager fine to a person that could have infected a whole population of animals?
Is this what I read?
Apparently your idiot Judges don't and can't recognize the sums of money lost by your country last year. Either they are Brain Dead ...or Lost Souls living a Netherland of complacency.
What an absolute stupid idiot Judgment.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
or is this just a post to let us all know that your British government now has three dogs sniffing?
What, is this, a joke?
Or a lamentable post to a totally corrupt society?
No wonder we can't find any Peace...we've pointed these people in all the right directions and they still manage to flog us off.
Beats me what you're government is trying to do..but one thing is for sure...it's costing you people millions of pounds..and laught you off.

Welcome to the FWi newsletter.
AN OFFICIAL inquiry into the foot-and-mouth epidemic has delivered a damning
indictment of the government's handling of the crisis.
Ministers did not have an adequate contingency plan to tackle the outbreak,
claims the "Lessons Learned" inquiry, headed by former Downing Street
advisor Iain Anderson.
The Ministry of Agriculture was too slow to act and when the crisis
escalated it was gripped by panic, says the report which was published on
Monday (22 July) afternoon.
"The 2001 foot-and-mouth outbreak was an emergency that became a crisis, and
in some parts of the country it became a disaster," Dr Anderson told
reporters.
